7.7. Calculate Subtotals and display of percentages for indicators with categories
For indicators with categories, the system calculates subtotals automatically. By default, the Show subtotal toggle is on (at the top right).
Users can toggle it off, the subtotal rows will be hidden. Additionally, users will be able to toggle the display of percentages for the various categories of the indicator.
Subtotals must toggled, 'On', for percentages to be displayed as well
Subtotals and percentages are displayed at the right side of the cells when 'Show percentage' is toggled on
7.8 Mapping subtotals to other indicators
Users can choose to map subtotals to other indicators for reporting or calculation purposes. To do that, click on the Map subtotal to indicators on the top right. It will open the following pop up

Users can choose any indicators to map to, provided:
has the same recording frequency; and
valid from date is the same or later than the subtotals.
Once they are mapped successfully, users can now see the subtotals alone in a different tracked indicator:
